The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, and documenting processes to ensure effective solutions are implemented. Responsibilities include evaluating business systems, developing project documentation, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring requirements align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Business Analysis and understanding of Business ProcessesStrong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision makingExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholdersExperience with eliciting and documenting Business RequirementsKnowledge of SAP systems or enterprise software is an advantageAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldAdditional certification in Business Analysis or related areas is a bonus
