Head of Product – AI-Native Cyber Security (London / Hybrid)A cutting-edge AI company is trying to redefine how organisations defend, detect, and act in an era of agentic, autonomous AI.Having proven its technology and secured major new customers, the company is now looking for its first Head of Product - someone to bring discipline, structure, and vision to a world-class technical team of researchers and engineers.The opportunity You’ll work directly with the founder and CEO to shape the product function from the ground up - establishing a roadmap, frameworks, and processes that translate brilliant technical innovation into scalable, customer-ready capability.Key focus areas:Build and own the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle, from discovery through deliveryBring product discipline and structure to a highly technical, research-driven environmentPartner with customers in national security, finance, and government to define mission-critical product needsTranslate AI/ML and cyber innovation into usable, defensible products and platformsAct as the connective tissue between engineering, research, and commercial growthYou’ll bring:Proven experience leading product in high-growth deep-tech, cybersecurity, or AI/ML environmentsA balance of commercial awareness and technical literacy - able to work with engineers and government users alikeThe ability to establish clear structure, process, and product culture in a fast-moving, research-heavy startupIdeally experience in agentic AI, ML-driven analytics, or advanced cyber toolingWhy now:Backed by a significant seed round, this is a rare opportunity to join at the initial growth phase of a company taking cutting-edge research into the real world, shaping how governments and enterprises secure themselves in the AI era.Location: London (hybrid)Package: £100k–£150k + meaningful equity
