Job Description

We are currently partnering with a global organisation on the appointment of a Business Analyst to support internal HR systems initiatives. This role focuses specifically on absence tracking, payroll, time and attendance, and workforce planning platforms.*Upwards of 400 per day - 5 days a week On-Site in Dublin - 12 Months Contract The RoleWorking closely with HR stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams, you will:Gather, analyse and document business requirementsTranslate requirements into clear functional specificationsIdentify gaps between business needs and system capabilitiesSupport process standardisation across regionsAssist with testing, data activities, and go-live supportTrack risks, issues and change requestsSupport training preparation and post-implementation stabilisationYou will act as the key liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and timely delivery.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Business Analyst within HR or internal systems environmentsStrong experience working with payroll systems, absence management, time & attendance, or workforce planning platformsExperience supporting HRIS or HR technology projectsStrong documentation and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesHighly DesirableExposure to payroll platforms such as ADP or Safeguard GlobalExperience with global or multi-country HR processesBackground supporting system implementations or transformation programmes
