Business Analyst

We’re looking for a SWIFT Business Analyst with strong experience across SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 20022, and financial market infrastructures. This role focuses on supporting SWIFT Standard Release cycles and ensuring smooth adoption of changes across settlement, cash, collateral, and securities processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual SWIFT Standard Release cycles (e.g., SR2025) across multiple business areas.Analyse and validate changes across MT and MX message types (including sese, semt, setr, colr, pacs, etc.).Ensure compliance with ISO 20022 and legacy ISO 15022 standards.Manage updates within the MyStandards portal, including validation rules and documentation.Coordinate change requests with Technology, Operations, and Product teams.Support go-live activities and post-implementation reviews.Act as a messaging SME across teams, supporting integration and connectivity (SWIFT FIN, APIs, settlement engines).Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of SWIFT FIN, MX/ISO 20022, and message structure validation.Understanding of the securities lifecycle: settlement, clearing, custody, and cash management.Experience with MyStandards and related testing frameworks.Familiarity with T2S, ICSDs, and global market practices.6–7+ years working with SWIFT messaging or within financial market infrastructure environments.Experience supporting ISO 20022 migration or SWIFT release programs.
