Leadership CapabilitiesBuilds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impactDemonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talentUnderstands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on trackActively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skillsUnderstands how daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the businessQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or any related field1-3+ years of experience in financial consulting within the government, a private sector bidder or another advisory firm working on one or more of: PPP, project finance, outsourcing, or similar service contractsExperience in the funding and financing of major projects, gained from either working within government or as an adviserA solid understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of government infrastructure and/or service contractsExperience of working with financial models, government business cases and strategy development An understanding of public sector procurement proceduresAbility to multi-task and appreciation of the commitments to working within an advisory practiceA logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with an ability to think laterallyDedication to delivering quality results Strong interpersonal & communication skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels of management Technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
