We're supporting a major bank seeking a Capital Markets Business Analyst with hands-on Calypso configuration experience.📍 Location: Downtown Toronto Hybrid (2 days onsite: Monday + 1 flexible)🎯 Level: Intermediate (5+ years BA / Derivatives Ops experience)💰 Pay: $70/hr INC | $60/hr T4Key Responsibilities:• Lead Calypso configuration + BA support for Derivatives Ops• Partner with Middle Office & Back Office stakeholders• Own UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution• Document requirements, workflows, and process improvements• Support new product onboarding + system enhancements• Deliver executive-level status reporting & presentationsMust-Have Experience:• Calypso configuration/operations• Capital markets trade lifecycle & derivatives knowledge• Strong business analysis + project delivery background• UAT leadership and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:• MBA / CFA / CBAP / PMP / FRM• Middle/Back Office operations experience
