As a Functional Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between business goals and technical execution. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and engineering teams, using your domain knowledge and problem-solving mindset to shape functional solutions that enable digital transformation.We will prioritise candidates with Salesforce experience and a technical BA mindset – especially those who can understand code and effectively collaborate with developers.How You’ll Make an ImpactGather, define, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user story mapping sessions.Create and manage artefacts such as Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process flows.Support Agile delivery teams by clarifying business rules, validating feasibility, and ensuring alignment on objectives.Evaluate and recommend functional solutions aligned with enterprise systems and architecture.Collaborate with architects and developers to understand system behaviour and interpret legacy code to extract business logic.Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ensure focus on business value and user needs.Identify improvement opportunities and support change impact analysis and adoption plans.Support leadership in identifying areas for digital process enhancement and service optimisation.What’s Important to Us8+ years of experience in software projects, encompassing business analysis, software development, functional solution design, and stakeholder engagement.4+ years of proven expertise in requirements engineering, with a strong track record of aligning product features with strategic business objectives.Demonstrated success in Agile environments, with deep familiarity with Scrum, Lean, and iterative delivery practices.Salesforce experience is highly valued and will be given priority consideration.Strong understanding of systems integration and business process modelling.Skilled at engaging with both business and technical stakeholders to establish shared understanding and drive consensus.Ability to interpret system behaviour or legacy code (with developer support) and collaborate effectively to define practical and feasible solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.Demonstrates high standards for quality and accuracy in all deliverables.Hands-on experience with tools and methodologies that enhance software delivery quality.Experience in digital transformation or government-sector projects is an advantage.Professional certifications such as CBAP or equivalent are highly regarded.What we offerWork life blend: we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from homeProfit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous yearGlobal and Diverse Zühlke community: witness how colleagues from all our 17 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities.Committed to development: we are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
