Analyze business processes, systems, and user needsDefine scope, goals, and requirements with stakeholdersTranslate insights into user stories and high-level software designsAdvise on future-proof processes, including automation strategiesDevelop workflows and diagrams to visualize solutionsManage the requirements backlog and align regularly with stakeholdersIdentify improvement opportunities and lead optimizationsAct as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships What You Bring 🧠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Engineering, Info Management or similar)4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar roleExperience with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlogs, refinements)Familiar with tools like BPM, UML, and concepts like TOGAFStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsFluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)Certification in IREB, BABOK, ITIL, or similar?
