Job DescriptionAmaris Consulting is expanding its banking technology team in Turkey!We are looking for Business Analysts and Developers experienced in the BOA Platform to join our client projects within the financial services domain.You will be part of a dynamic environment, contributing to large-scale digital transformation and core banking modernization initiatives.Open PositionsBusiness Analyst (BOA Platform) Software Developer (BOA Platform) Key ResponsibilitiesFor Business Analysts:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking processes within the BOA Platform. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure clear translation of requirements. Prepare functional specifications, process maps, and user stories. Support testing and UAT processes; ensure successful implementation of BOA modules. For Developers:Develop, customize, and maintain BOA modules and related applications. Implement integrations, workflows, and services in line with BOA architecture. Work closely with Business Analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable technical solutions. Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment of BOA components. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience with the BOA Platform is mandatory (for both roles). Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry. Understanding of core banking processes such as accounts, payments, loans, or participation banking. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
