Monitor, track, and resolve support tickets.Help review and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).Perform system testing and work with developers to fix issues.Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external partners.Create and update system guides, SOPs, and self-help materials.Support system operations and assist in migrating legacy accounts to SAP.Manage SAP ECC change requests, including process improvements and new developments. Assist in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on system transition and deployment. Provide support for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Implement improvements to escalation and process configurations in Salesforce Service Cloud.Preferred Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.1-2 years work experienceExperience in application support, system administration, or business systems. Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (implementation and support). Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud or related field . Ability to create documentation, guides, and SOPs. Familiar with system migration, testing, and issue tracking tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. ITIL or IT Service Management knowledge is a plus.
