Acting as the interface between IT and business departments, you ensure that systems optimally support our business processes.ResponsibilitiesOperation, support, and further development of business applicationsAnalysis of business requirements and translation into IT solutionsManagement of application and IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocationCoordination of IT teams, business departments, and external partnersEnsuring system stability, performance, and complianceOrganization of upgrades, changes, and optimizationsTraining and supporting users and promoting system adoptionLeading and developing Application SpecialistsQualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable fieldAt least 5 years of experience in application management, ideally in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP (e.g., D365 FO), MES, CRM, DWH, and Power BIGood knowledge of business processes (sales, production, logistics, finance)Experience in project and change managementStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skillsVery good German and English skills; Italian is an advantageRequired SkillsApplication management experienceProject and change management skillsStrong communication and analytical skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of ERP, MES, CRM, DWH, and Power BIItalian language skillsWhat we offerWould you like to contribute to successfully implementing our motto "well connected"?
