Business Assistant — FintechFull-time | Dubai (office) or Russia (remote)About the CompanyFounded in 2021 by three blockchain enthusiasts, Whales Corp has quickly grown into one of the leading companies in the blockchain industry.We built some of the largest mining and staking pools in the TON ecosystem, as well as Tonhub — one of the most popular crypto wallets.Today, our international team includes about 30 professionals from Europe, the UK, the CIS, Latin America, and the Middle East.In 2024, we launched Holders — a unique fintech solution that enables users to make everyday payments and transfers via Visa cards using their crypto assets.Our mission is to advance the blockchain ecosystem by creating innovative B2B and B2C products based on non-custodial payment solutions, empowering users to securely pay for goods and services with cryptocurrency worldwide.About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Assistant to provide reliable support to the executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.This role suits an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic Web3 environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and facilitating communication across teams.The Business Assistant will act as a key operational connector — ensuring coordination between departments, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & AdministrationCoordinate daily activities of the executive and team: scheduling, meetings, and task tracking.Maintain and organize internal documentation (HR, Finance, Legal).Optimize internal processes by creating trackers, calendars, templates, and registers.Manage corporate communications in Slack, Telegram, and Notion.HR & RecruitmentSupport the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.Maintain HR documentation, contracts, NDAs, and time-off schedules.Finance & Legal SupportMaintain budgets, payment trackers, and assist with salary and expense calculations.Prepare and manage contracts with contractors and partners.Events & TravelOrganize corporate trips, conferences, and internal events (logistics, budgeting, booking, vendor coordination).Requirements2+ years of experience as a Business Assistant, Operations Manager, or Executive Assistant.Experience in fintech, Web3, or startups is a strong advantage.Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Telegram, and DocuSign.Fluent Russian and English (B2 or higher).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We OfferThe opportunity to become part of a global fintech startup and grow together with the company.Remote full-time position with flexibility in location (GMT+1 time zone preferred).Transparent and competitive compensation.25 paid vacation days and up to 12 paid sick days per year.
