Job DescriptionJob Summary:Executing sales activities, well-managed store merchandising and customers’ relationship for becoming supplier of choice, directing efforts to achieve sales targets of the territory.負責執行業務活動、妥善管理門市陳列與客戶關係,以成為客戶首選供應商,並全力達成所屬區域的銷售目標。ResponsibilitiesManage assigned territory sales, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales calls, driving in-store share growth and achieving sales targets.Execute field sales activities under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), demonstrating positive influence on both customers and internal teams.Maintain strong sales momentum and ensure effective implementation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) to achieve territory sales goals (AOP above 85%).Collect and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support KAMs with channel insights for strategic and defensive program design.Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of channel marketing activities.Attend marketing and product training to continuously strengthen product and category knowledge, becoming a professional sales consultant.Support marketing team initiatives and provide constructive and strategic recommendations to achieve overall company goals.Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., RAQA, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure customer service quality and satisfaction.Provide insightful market analysis and recommendations to enhance internal collaboration and decision-making.QualificationsStrong self-motivation with the ability to work under pressure.Disciplined and detail-oriented work attitude.Excellent time management and self-management skills.Strong learning agility and commitment to continuous self-development.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.Strong presentation skills and interpersonal communication abilities.Basic proficiency in English reading and listening comprehension.
