Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute and manage new BA projects, and troubleshoot BA systems for existing clients.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of company control processes, as well as the successful implementation of customer services and solutions.Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation technologies.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience in project management and execution.Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.QualificationsWE VALUEStrong project management and mentoring skills.Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.About UsHoneywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
