Your responsibilities will span project ownership, client partnership, and back office support:Project and Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.Manage multiple projects in parallel, keeping timelines, deliverables, and expectations on track.Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, key decisions, and insights, ensuring information is always up to date and accessible.Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments and work with senior consultants to resolve them quickly.Client Relationship BuildingBuild trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders through consistent, clear, and structured communication.Serve as a thinking partner to clients, helping them clarify problems, define priorities, and navigate uncertainty.Back Office SupportResearch industries, markets, and competitors to support consulting projects.Gather and analyze data from client teams to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities.Synthesize insights into clear narratives and recommendations, using slides, summaries, and scorecards that support senior consultants in delivering impact.Contribute to developing custom tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance client success.Client Service Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve client experience and delivery processes through automation, simplification, or creative solutions.Stay ahead of industry trends, innovative practices, and client needs + bring that knowledge into the work.What We ValueWe are not looking for someone who just fits in — we want someone who raises the bar.
