You will assist with transactional and service enquires or refer them to the relevant teams in an accurate and timely manner. Your tasks will range from opening of new accounts/groups, account enquiries, IMT enquiries, transfers, refunds, signature checking and account administration.Ō pūkenga | About you:First and foremost, we're looking for someone who is passionate about providing great customer experiences, with a keen interest in developing a career within our Small Business team.Success in this role will be determined by your ability to effectively prioritise your time while working in a fast-paced environment.
