You'll own end-to-end Acumatica implementations while working directly with North American equipment companies who need cost clarity to compete on value, not price.What You'll DoCore Implementation ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Design: Lead customer workshops, map current/future processes, produce detailed fit-gap analyses and Statements of WorkSystem Configuration: Build Acumatica environments (companies, ledgers, subaccounts, posting rules, item/warehouse management, projects, service orders, security)Technical Development: Create Generic Inquiries, dashboards, KPIs, ARM financial reports, Import Scenarios, custom Report Designer layoutsIntegration & Analytics: Connect systems via OData/REST APIs for Power BI dashboards and automation workflowsData & Testing: Manage data migration (templates, cleansing, trial loads) and User Acceptance Testing cyclesTraining & Documentation: Train end users and administrators, create SOPs and implementation runbooksStrategic SupportSales Partnership: Support pre-sales scoping, demos, and proposal developmentContinuous Improvement: Provide post-go-live optimization and enhancement roadmapsKnowledge Building: Contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices documentationMust-Have QualificationTechnical Experience3+ years ERP implementation experiencewith2+ years hands-on Acumatica(functional lead or senior consultant role)Strong functional expertise in Financials and at least one of: Distribution, Project Accounting, Field ServiceTechnical skills:Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, ARM reports, Import Scenarios, Report DesignerIntegration experience: OData/REST APIs for analytics and automationSoft SkillsExcellent English communication(written and verbal) for North American customersCustomer-facing experience: Leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetingsProject ownership: Managing timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations independentlyDocumentation skills: Creating clear, actionable process documentationPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience (Financials, Jobs/Projects, Service Management)Certifications: Acumatica Business Consultant, Advanced Financials/Distribution; Microsoft BC Functional Consultant AssociateIndustry experience: Equipment companies, manufacturing, distribution, or field service businessesAdditional tools: Velixo reporting, Power BI, Power Automate, Postman
