As a Business Consultant, you’ll work at the heart of data, strategy, and product – advising top retail clients, shaping product development, and driving real impact from day one.If you’re excited by the challenge of launching something new and shaping its impact from day one, this role is for you.Core Responsibilities:Develop deep expertise in OxygenAI’s computer vision-powered retail analytics solutions to unlock value for clients and help shape the future of in-store intelligencePartner with C-suite and operational teams to uncover pain points and co-create high-impact use cases grounded in data – balancing what’s desirable, feasible, and scalableAnalyze and interpret large datasets using Excel and statistical tools to surface insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger business outcomesCraft compelling reports and lead client-facing presentations that translate complex analytics into clear, actionable strategiesCollaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless solution implementation, data rollout, and project deliveryChampion client success by leading onboarding, advising on data application, and catalyzing improvements in revenue and operationsWork hand-in-hand with the product team to feed client insights directly into the solution roadmap – shaping features, priorities, and rolloutsProactively uncover strategic opportunities where our retail AI solutions can create transformational value while owning client relationships and driving account growthConduct in-depth business research to stay ahead of retail trends, market shifts, and competitive movesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (new graduates are welcome!)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solid grasp of Excel and statistical conceptsAbility to manage high-expectation clients – balancing responsiveness with sound judgment and maintaining clarity under pressureConfident communicator who can craft clear, compelling narratives from data and present to senior stakeholderA collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams – from engineers to executives – and drive outcomesProactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup environmentGenuine interest in retail, technology, and using data to solve real-world problems
