Anchored in trust, passionate innovation, and continuous learning, the company supports leading enterprises and the public sector in achieving secure, efficient, and compliant digital change. Role DescriptionSolution Development: Collaborate with product development, sales, professional service, and other teams to create customized solutions that meet customer needs.Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively present and demonstrate their value to customers and stay up-to-date on the new technology and trends, e.g., Modernize application development, Data and AI, etc.Proposal Creation: Create and tailor proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to showcase the benefits of our solutions, addressing specific client pain points.Technical Solution Demos: Conduct live or remote product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of our solutions.Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including pricing, costing, scope of work, and technical negotiations, and closing deals.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Market Feedback: Provide feedback from customer interactions to assist in product development and improvement.QualificationsCustomer-centric mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., information technology, computer science, engineering, or business).5+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role.Knowledge of modernizing application design and development, agile concepts, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), API, database, data communication, and network.Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai and English).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed.Candidates with experience in SI projects within the public sector (government) will be given preferential consideration.Experience in modernizing software solutions would be beneficial.
