You collaborate closely with fellow Business Controllers and a Business Intelligence Expert.In this role, you will:Lead the annual budgeting process: collect data, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insights.Take ownership of internal and group reporting within your business area.Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses and build reliable forecasts.Monitor product and service profitability and assess their impact on working capital.Act as a sparring partner for various departments, supporting decision-making with sound financial advice.Contribute to the integration of new projects and product lines into administrative workflows.Drive process improvements with financial impact.Play an active role in the rollout of new ERP systems — translating user needs into functional solutions and supporting adoption across the organization.You report directly to the Finance Director and play a visible role in shaping the financial strategy.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in Business Economics or a related field.5–8 years of experience in a controlling or financial business partner role within a complex organization.Strong expertise in setting up and optimizing financial processes — bridging ERP and accounting (revenue, margins, inventory valuation).Experience with 4PS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) or similar systems.A hands-on mindset: comfortable combining strategic analysis with operational tasks such as reporting and forecasting.Proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented, yet able to see the bigger picture.Comfortable in a changing environment where new systems and processes are being built.Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with good command of English and French.Willingness to travel regularly to various company sites across Belgium.What’s in it for youYou’ll be joining a stable, ambitious company that invests in people, technology, and long-term growth.This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact and to further develop your financial expertise in a forward-thinking environment.They offer a full-time permanent contract with a competitive compensation package, including:Company carIndividual bonus planMeal and eco vouchersGroup insuranceAnnual company bonusMobile phone subscriptionBike lease optionInterested?If you’re ready to turn your financial expertise into strategic impact, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and we’ll be happy to tell you more about this exciting opportunity.
