Business Controller

We are looking for a Business Controller for our global business partner which is operating in the retail industry. ResponsibilitiesReporting, controlling, forecasting and analysis responsibilites such as but not limited to the following.Acting as close business partner for sales and marketing teams with relevant analysis and reports to provide financial guidance and communicate key financial developments regularly.Providing all types of regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis requested internally and externally by different stakeholders.Executing regular calculations and controls such as but not limited to partner commissions, partner bonus and sales team bonus calculations.Developing reporting and analysis tools and platforms for the company.Actively participating in local and global projects and work tasks.Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes of the company, submission of related analyses, reports and presentations.Supporting month end / year end closing processes and submission of related analyses, reports and presentations.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in controlling and reporting preferably in the FMCG and/or retail sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English. High proficiency in MS Office applications. High proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI. High analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to work with teams and build networks, proactive attitude for clarifying issues, solving problems and improving processes, result oriented approach.
