Business Controller

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Business Controller (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Diegem.The Business Controller (m/f/x) will be part of the management team and will work in close collaboration with the Management of the Branch and the Management of the HQ.The Business Controller (m/f/x) will assist the supervision of the financial cycles of the branch in Belgium including accounting, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, HR and General Affairs.As Business Controller (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:Coordinate budgeting and project control;Provide actionable financial analysis and reporting tailored to management; Accounting & Tax ComplianceLead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both local and international standards;Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax documentation;Supervise monthly reconciliations of banks and general ledger accounts;Organize monthly, half-year, and annual closings, including reporting to head office; Process improvementThe required profile for the Business Controller (m/f/x) position:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required;Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in controlling or finance management;Fluent in Dutch, English and a good knowledge of French;Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Proficient in Excel and first experience with ERP;Interested in this position of Business Controller (m/f/x) at a young and dynamic company?You can contact stefany.vandenberge@roberthalf.be
