Description:Establish, align and prioritise the product and business requirements including data migration) by working closely with the Business stakeholders in countries to meet the business strategy and objectives established in the Project Charter for all 6 markets and any additional countriesKeep stakeholders in countries involved by gathering input and communicating progressPerform gap analysis, best practice research and user feedbacks in countries to identify and manage the product enhancements and market opportunities to be incorporated into the Regional Cards Platform ProjectTo work closely with the Overall Project team to align the in countries requirements with the core functionalitiesTo be a key team member in implementing the Regional Cards Platform project, provide valuable inputs, and participate in all required project activities (including testing, training, migration, go live planning and monitoring)To escalate project issues relating to countries to the respective teams and relevant committees when requiredTo work with countries on local schemes and regulatory requirementsRequirement:BA BSc Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 10 years in Banking 5 years of Project Management experienceHighly analytical, logical thought process, assertive, highly ethical, work under pressure, meet timelinesGood oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information effectively to a wide range of internal and possibly external stakeholdersConflict management must be able to influence peers and superiors and ability to solve problemsExcellent organizational skills, ability to plan own workload, exercise initiatives work independentlyLeadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnelExperience in large scale implementation/ migration projects, especially in Card Management systems, is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Jira
