Business Data Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a key role in designing business indicators, analyzing data-driven strategies, and ensuring accurate business insightsResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design of business indicators, clarify indicator definitions and business logics, communicate with business departments, and accurately identify and organize business requirements.Conduct data review on implemented business strategies, summarize “effective experiences” and “optimization directions,” and form a closed-loop management process.RequirementExperience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in related fieldSQL: Proficient in SQL and capable of completing complex queries.Data Visualization: Master at least one data visualization tool (PowerBI/Tableau preferred), able to build business monitoring dashboards (e.g., dashboards for GMV, user retention, and conversion rate); possess report writing skills, and can transform analysis results into business documents with clear logic and definite conclusions.Programming: Familiar with Python (Pandas/Numpy) or R, capable of processing multi-dimensional data and building simple analysis models (e.g., user stratification, churn early warning); understand the underlying logic of BI tools and can assist the technical team in optimizing data links.Salary up to RM 7,500.00
