Business Data Analyst

Job DescriptionOptimize requirements and develop features for the data systems of the bank-wide Data Warehouse (DWH), as well as other data products on the bank’s data management and analytics platform and ecosystem, including centralized EDA data and reporting systems complying with State Bank regulations.Collaborate with system source SAs to analyze detailed business requirements related to data for reporting, analytics, and machine learning; define detailed data mapping and transformation logic from source systems to end-user requirements as input for the design and development teams.Participate in BAU management and the implementation of strategic projects and initiativesJob RequirementsMinimum 2.5 years of experience as a Data Business Analyst (BA Data).Basic understanding of banking operations: lending, deposits, transactions, balances according to balance sheets, etc.Strong data querying skills (SQL); knowledge/experience in database design, and understanding of how operational design affects data analysis and usage.Excellent requirement analysis, clarification, and communication skills.Detail-oriented in analyzing, validating, reconciling data, and documenting for DWH, data marts, data products, and reports.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.Willingness to learn about conceptual data processing solution design and logical data modeling.Candidates should describe previous experience concretely, demonstrating logical thinking, critical analysis, and familiarity with collaborative workflows.Preference for candidates who understand overall data architecture and end-to-end data flow.Bonus: Ability to use Python for data analysis.Benefits & CompensationSalary: 20–40 million VND/month + Project bonuses.Full social insurance after probation.Holiday and Tet bonuses.Annual salary review (increase of 8–10 million/year).Annual leave as per company policy.Probation: 2 months (85% of official salary).Long-term onsite projects at the bank.
