The Data Analyst will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, conducting detailed data profiling and analysis, and collaborating with data engineering teams to develop and maintain scalable ETL processes. This role involves working with large datasets related to health insurer eligibility, membership, and claims data, ensuring data integrity, quality, and reliability. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
