No 1 Global Tax-Free Solution Technology Company is looking for a Business Data Analytics Specialist to support the growing demand for data-driven insights from merchants in Japan. This role will empower commercial teams and management with advanced analytics, reporting, and internal consultancy. Location: Tokyo (Hybrid) Annual Salary: ~¥8,000,000 Base + Bonus Key Responsibilities:Ensure local data quality through control and cleaning processesCreate reports and dashboardsProvide sales performance analysis for client meetingsPrepare monthly business trend reports using external data (tourist arrivals, flight projections, FX trends, etc.)Support technical data discussions with merchants.Collaborate with central BI teams for advanced advisory studiesRequirements:Over 3 years in data analytics, BI consulting, or product managementStrong experience with BI tools Advanced Excel and Office skillsProficiency in Japanese and English at business level or higher
