Business Data and Analytics Manager

The Role: Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a strong Business Data and Analytics Manager for a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics, who brings a deep understanding of Etail, Amazon, and Retail. Someone with a self-starter mindset and the passion to generate insights to develop a sustainable profitable business with our strategic customers.In this role, you will provide quantitative and qualitative analytics, enabling teams to consistently look at performance readings, as well as seek to improve existing tools, automate, and scale with efficiency.You will work in collaboration with multifunctional teams (Etail, Amazon, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Regions) to drive the integration of various data sources, upgrade the analytics framework, and proactively equip our teams with impactful insights and recommendations.This role is a great mix of hands-on data crunching and strategic recommendation to the teams. Key priorities listed below, while we expect them to evolve over time based on business needs. What You'll Do: Builds Top Accounts Data analytics framework and runs the analysis to generate actionable business insights for e-tailers such Amazon, BestBuy, Mercado Libre, JD.comLeads maintenance and integration of various sources of data.Aligns important sales and marketing KPIs to track to pilot the business and monitors performanceDesigns relevant dashboards to be automated to help decision-making with Tableau softwareDelivers analysis of sales, customer marketing data & dynamics beyond financial indicators in order to identify and seize business opportunities and risksDrives the global Virtual Analytics team to ensure best practice sharing, consistent & sophisticated analytics as well as the best usage of insights to build data-driven plans across top accountsOnboards, trains & supports the accounts’ dedicated AnalystsShares existing framework, facilitates best practice & learning sharing between accountsFosters Innovation, community & explores new analytics to proactively recommend enhancementsScales projects & drives synergiesConsolidates & shares Global Etail Customer Marketing reporting, with deep-dive per category, peak events or e-tailer, to understand gaps, opportunities and provide benchmarksProvides E-tailers’ qualitative & quantitative analysis, intelligence & profiling to inform strategic choicesActs as a point of contact for data partners and liaises with other analytics functions to ensure synergies What We Are Looking For: Previous relevant experience and proven record of analytics supporting business opportunities and growthBachelor or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business and Economics, Software Engineering, Data Science or relatedKnowledge of data - automation, statistics, engineering, and architectureStrong expert in the use of analysis tools - Excel, GSheets & Business Intelligence, i.e. Tableau softwareKnowledge of any of the following - Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, VBA, SnowflakeStrong analytical and visualization capabilityBusiness KPI-s understanding , i.e. total addressable market, market share, traffic, conversion, advertising metrics, sales mix, sales data, margin, rebates, etc.Proactive self-starter with hands-on approach to the business, solution, and results drivenPassion to generate and drive usage of insights to help drive the company’s strategic prioritiesCurious & entrepreneurial , with a sense of ownership, accountability and at ease in an undefined environmentHighly collaborative , with good communication & influencing skills, able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and interact easily within matrix organizationsFluent EnglishExperience in E-commerce and understanding of the online reselling landscape & best practices will be considered an advantageWhy Work With Us:Great work-life balanceCompetitive remuneration packageExceptional social package & special discountsSupplemental health & dental careTeam bonding eventsExcellent office location & facilitiesRelaxing & gaming areasFree bike parking & showersMore About PwrteamsJoin our fast-growing and diverse team at Pwrteams, where we provide premium IT and engineering nearshore solutions to our global customers.
