Our Bulgarian Technology team is currently implementing complex global projects in a vast portfolio of industries – e-commerce, retail, insurance, banking, telecommunications, automotive, public sector, travel and culture.The role is available for Sofia, Plovidv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse.Role Overview:SAP Functional Consultant is responsible for designing and configuring processes in Supply chain execution to meet the business requirement and to enhance supply chain management processes in integrating sustainability considerations. This includes capabilities in SAP ERP SD module or S/4 Hana domains Supply Chain or Sales.You will take part in international projects related to the implementation of SAP systems with a focus on sustainability. You will provide end-to-end solutions to customers from gathering of requirements, design to implementation, testing and support. You will identify change management requirements and propose a structured process for customers to apply the changes.Responsibilities:Participate in SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects (business requirements gathering, design, system configuration, test documentation and execution, delivery, and post go-live support)Lead the deployment of SAP Sales & Distribution module in S/4 Hana projectsAnalyze business processes and propose technical solution within your area of responsibility considering integration aspects and potential risksIdentify dependencies in other SAP modules or 3rd party applicationsPrepare project documentation including functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with business stakeholders and key partners to achieve successful completion of the projectMentor and support junior consultants, do trainings for your functional areaKeep up to date with the latest SAP technologiesRequired Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar is preferred.Profound experience of 6+ years in SAP Sales and Distribution moduleStrong knowledge and understanding of business processes in the areas of responsibilityGood knowledge of integration with other SAP modulesGood knowledge of integration with 3rd Party tools via EDI, IDOCs or other interfacesMust have prior experience in full lifecycle ECC or S/4 Hana Implementations and Rollouts on large international projectsPrevious experience with Master Data management / Master data migrationAwareness of latest SAP technologies and Industry trendsFluent written and spoken EnglishThe Rest of the Qualities, you know them:Ability to work with business and multi-cultural teams, understand the business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalitiesAttention to detail and high analytical skillsExcellent result oriented and time-management skillsA positive attitude in a team environment, effectively interacting with othersTravel availability (short/long term)Qualifications considered as advantage:Basic ABAP development knowledge (debug, trace, code understanding)Proficiency in more SAP modules – SAP MM, FI, CO, Integrations, etc.Knowledge of SAP Sustainability Management productsAvailability of SAP certificate on main functional areaGood knowledge of SAP Activate or other agile implementation and development methodologiesBenefits:CertificationCareer Counselling30 days paid annual vacationFlexible home officeOptions to buy sharesLuxury health & dental insuranceFood vouchersMultisport cardsEmployee Assistance ProgramBonuses for special occasions
