ElHejaz Family is growing! We're looking for "Business Developer"Key Responsibilities:Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market gaps, and new growth opportunities.Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients and partners.Initiating outreach through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate new leads.Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations.Negotiating and closing deals, contracts, and business agreements.Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategy alignment and effective lead conversion.Tracking and analyzing sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform future strategies.Preparing and presenting regular sales and activity reports to senior management.Managing and maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Excellent communication (written and verbal), active listening, rapport and relationship building, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and industry trends. Strategic and analytical thinking to identify and evaluate opportunities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized with excellent time management. Ability to handle a high volume of outreach and follow-up. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other sales/marketing tools.Qualifications :A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Good command of English.Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.Send your CV via WhatsApp: 01120883388
