The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer expectations and upcoming tender requirements.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team and account managers to increase order intake in the security domain.Identify and qualify potential opportunities to expand the commercial pipeline.Understand customer needs, expectations, and long-term vision to offer suitable solutions.Lead and support the preparation of account and capture plans with internal stakeholders.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.Work with marketing teams to design and implement effective action plans.Monitor competitors’ activities and market performance to identify emerging opportunities.Support the sales process and assist in closing deals and achieving targets.Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.Skills & QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (required).Additional business qualification is an advantage.Saudi nationality.Fluency in English (spoken and written).ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.SkillsFast learner with a high level of energy and adaptability.Strong “hunter” mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.Self-motivated, curious, and capable of working independently.
