Business Developer – Full Time Role Location: NSTP, NUST | On-site About the Role Mechatron DM is looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and building long term relationships to expand our client base. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement while learning directly from industry professionals in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do • Identify and extract high quality leads across relevant industries. • Reach out to prospects through Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, and Cold Calls. • Professionally represent Mechatron DM in all client communications. • Use CRM tools to manage leads and maintain client relationships. • Schedule meetings between prospects and senior team members. • Keep organized records of outreach and follow ups. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 0 to 1 year in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing. • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). • Excellent persuasion, time management, and organizational abilities. • Basic computer proficiency. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
