Our local teams travel the world to select the most remarkable homes and ensure unparalleled hospitality and service in their destinations.Job DescriptionThis position can be based either Le Châble (Switzerland), Annecy or remotely from Alps region (either France or Switzerland).Role OverviewAs a Business Developer, you will be instrumental in growing and managing our portfolio of luxury properties for both Le Collectionist and Bramble Ski.You will build strong relationships with property owners and partners, identify high-potential opportunities, ensure legal compliance and support the strategic expansion of our presence in the Alps. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who combines business acumen, negotiation skills, and a strong sense of brand excellence. You will report directly to the Global Business Development Manager and get a privileged dotted line relationship with the Regional Director.Key Responsibilities Property development & acquisitionIdentify and secure high-value properties that align with our brand standards and pricing strategy. Evaluate property attractiveness based on destination demand and market positioning. Ensure compliance with all local laws, health and safety regulations, and legal frameworks in each operational jurisdiction. Conduct property inspections and meetings with Owners to assess suitability and potential. Relationship management & negotiationAct as a key negotiator and facilitator between property owners, partners, and internal teams. Develop strong, lasting relationships with owners and local partners. Support owners with insights and recommendations on their real estate projects. Handle sensitive matters professionally, including staff and partner disputes, escalating when necessary. Contract management & onboardingPrepare and present proposals and contracts to new property owners. Assist the revenue team in managing the lifecycle of all contracts, including renewals, seasonal pricing updates, and documentation upkeep. Assist with the onboarding of properties, coordinating photography, inspections, and property data collection. Portfolio performance & strategic inputSupport the senior management team with ongoing initiatives and strategic tasks. Assist in shaping growth strategies for the Ski Group (France, Switzerland and Austria) alongside senior leadership. Undertake regular market research to identify new opportunities for expansion. Legal & safety complianceEnsure strict adherence to local regulations. Do not provide services (e.g., ski instruction, guiding, photography) outside of structured business activities without prior management approval. Avoid any legal infractions or misconduct while representing the company in uniform.
