Guests can enjoy curated wellness experiences, diverse dining options with ocean views, and a wide range of leisure activities, including water sports, a fitness centre, and an infinity pool.About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Executive to join the Reservations team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Supervise and manage the Reservations team, offering guidance, support, and training. Respond to all guest reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous, and accurate guest service at all times.  Detailed checking of daily arrivals and updating correspondences to ensure a flawless check in and checkout process.   Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities, and services. Checking daily reservations entered to ensure that all the reservation fields are updated, and invoices are sent correctly.  Weekly trainings on LQA standards and IFH reservation calls and conducting audit checks for Reservation Agents.  About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries  Experience working in a multi-cultural environment  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Proficiency in English   Leadership and team management skills.
