The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the marketing and advertising domain.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and onboard new clients for digital marketing, branding, and advertising services. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and pitches. Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and marketing pitches. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals. Maintain an updated CRM with all client interactions and sales activities. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in business development or client servicing within a marketing, media, or advertising agency. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
