Department: 85-291 - Subscription - Strategic PartnershipsLocation: Japan - TokyoDescriptionDAZNでは、サブスクリプションビジネスにおけるパートナーシップを通じて、加入者の拡大と収益の最大化を目指しています。本ポジションでは、通信会社・プラットフォーム事業者・決済サービスなどの外部パートナーと協働し、パートナー施策の価値を最大化する役割を担っていただきます。パートナーとのマーケティング活動の企画から実行、運用、最適化までを一貫して担当し、獲得目標の達成を推進します。また、社内のマーケティング、スポーツコンテンツ権利、プロダクト、ソーシャルメディアなどのチームと密接に連携し、メディア施策やマーケティングキャンペーンの効果を最大化します。The primary objective of collaborating with partnerships in the subscription business is to drive subscriber growth and maximize business revenue.As an account manager role, you will work with external partners such as telecom companies, platform providers, and payment services to maximize the value of partnership initiatives. You will help implement, manage, and optimize commercial and marketing programs, while overseeing projects to achieve acquisition targets from planning through execution.You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sports Content Rights, Product, and social media—to optimize media and marketing campaigns and support non-digital initiatives. In addition, you will work with the Activation Team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all activities.Key Responsibilities各パートナーとの信頼関係の構築・強化チーム連携主要アカウントや優先パートナーと連携し、最適なアクティベーション施策を企画・実行KPIや加入者数の分析・改善に向けた社内チームとの連携DAZNおよびパートナー双方にとっての認知度・加入数・収益の最大化権利元を活用した戦略立案およびビジネスターゲットの達成スポンサーシップパッケージの最適化による収益・加入者増加の推進日本およびグローバル向けのプレゼンテーション資料の作成(データ分析)Working closely with the partners, requirements of our key accounts and priority partners, working with them to help activate and deliver best in class Working closely with internal team members, to look for the KPI, subscription numbers Maximize awareness, subscriptions and revenue for both DAZN and our partners. Make a strategy to achieve our business target to leverage each rights holderMaximize/optimize sponsorship packages to increase revenue/subs To create the attractive deck (document) for Japan/central, need to be data driven/number oriented Build and enhance great relationships with each partner to grow the business not only acquisition but also ad sales.
