Business Development and Operations Manager

Business Development and Client Engagement:Drive business growth and expand market presence by identifying and securing new opportunities,Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand services,Maintain strong relationships with clients across Slovakia to understand their needs, propose solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.2. Team Leadership:Oversee and support the office team, ensuring collaboration and motivation,Provide regular feedback to help team members achieve individual and team objectives.3. Operations Management:Oversee office performance, including budgets, profitability (P&L), facilities, and resource planning, ensuring efficient operations,Supervise certification and audit processes to meet organizational and client requirements,Coordinate with subcontractors, legal partners, and service providers to support seamless daily operations.RequirementsMust-have:5+ years of experience in business development and client relationship management,3+ years of leadership experience,Fluency in Slovak and English,Driver’s license (cat.
