We look forward to supporting students on their journey to a world-class education abroad.Role DescriptionThis is a remote internship opportunity for a motivated and proactive Business Development & Sales Intern. The intern will play a key role in managing leads, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and partners.The role involves lead generation, data management, customer follow-ups, and participation in outreach and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, business growth, and customer relationship management.QualificationsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsGood understanding of sales processes and lead management.Experience in Lead GenerationProficiency in Market ResearchAbility to work independently and remotelyInterest in the education sector and study abroad programs is a plusCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fieldsKey ResponsibilitiesEngage with students, teachers, principals, headmasters, and career guidance counselors.Organize, coordinate, and participate in outreach events such as school visits, education fairs, and career fairs.Handle high volumes of data entry, lead generation, nurturing, follow-ups, application submissions and CRM updates.Conduct and manage volume calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-through communication.Attend and contribute to regular internal and external meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, and WhatsApp.Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation of short personal video content for distribution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.RequirementsExcellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reporting discipline.Confident and professional interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Slack, and CRM systems.Willingness to travel extensively across Zimbabwe and SADC countries for fieldwork and school engagements.Able to commit to a full-time schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,Monday to Friday, including back-to-back video meetings.Must-HavesMust currently reside in Harare, Zimbabwe.Must be enrolled at a higher education institutioncollege/university/polytechnic and eligible for industrial attachment.A self-starter with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset.Mandatory RequirementsPersonal high-performance laptop.Reliable home internet connection (Starlink preferred).Solar or backup power system to ensure uninterrupted productivity.Preferred backgroundPrevious experience with public speaking, sales, or student recruitment is an added advantage.Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields.
