Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate located in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients through presentations and communication, and participating in strategy meetings to align business objectives. The individual in this role will support business growth initiatives and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver impactful PresentationsStrong capabilities in Lead Generation and Market ResearchExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and teamsSelf-motivated and result-driven, with a focus on achieving business growth targetsExperience or interest in behavioral risk management or workplace performance solutions is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
