Business Development Associate (Global Law Firm)

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Associate to join a high-performing team within a leading international law firm.This role plays a key part in executing strategic marketing and client development initiatives across Southeast Asia, supporting senior stakeholders and fee earners, mainly in the Singapore office.Key Responsibilities:Support the Singapore BD team in executing marketing and business development (MBD) objectives.Collaborate with fee earners and partners on bids, proposals, pitches, and credential statements.Assist with legal directories and award submissions, events, publications, sponsorships, and digital marketing (website, social media, etc.).Conduct market and client research to support strategic campaigns and client targeting.Coordinate regional and global BD projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting progress.Ensure internal and external communications align with firm brand and practice group strategies.Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing and BD programs.Requirements:A degree in marketing, business, law, or a related discipline.Experience in business development, marketing, or communications within professional services (legal or consulting experience a strong plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong project management skills – able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic about contributing to business growth.To Apply:If you are interested in this opportunity or other roles we are handling, please submit your application or reach out to Amanda directly at amanda.chan@ambition.com.sg for a confidential discussion.We will contact applicants who have been successfully shortlisted.
