Business Development Associate

Hey there! We're hiring a Business Development Associate 👋🇵🇭Rosebud Studio is a design partner to global startups and SaaS teams, helping them bloom with world-class branding, digital product design, and creative strategy.We're looking for a sharp, motivated Business Development Associate to help us grow. You'll be working fully remote (Philippines only) and closely with our founder to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities.What you’ll be doing:Run outbound: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other channelsLead generation: Identify and qualify startups, SaaS companies, and solo foundersPipeline management: Set meetings, follow up with prospects, and keep deals movingSales ops: Help improve our sales playbook and client acquisition workflowsMarket research: Stay updated on design, tech, and startup trends to spot new opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for:Sales skills: Demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing dealsEducational background: Graduate of Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, or any related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience level: At least 2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Product MarketingCommunication: Strong written and spoken English, since you'll be client-facingIndustry familiarity: Comfortable with the startup ecosystem, especially SaaS and tech platformsDesign awareness: Bonus if you understand digital product design or have worked with creative or tech agencies beforeRemote readiness: Able to manage tasks independently and work effectively with international teamsWhy join us:Tight-knit team: Work in a collaborative studio that values creativity and initiativeCreative freedom: You'll have ownership, autonomy, and room to experimentMeaningful work: Help shape how startups grow and launch through better designModern culture: We prioritize clarity, empathy, and human-centered thinkingPerks:Remote setup: Fully remote role (Philippines only)Base pay: ₱28,000/month (subject to change based on experience & includes government-mandated contributions)Commission: 10% commission for each successfully retained clientClient exposure: Collaborate with international startups and foundersSound like a good fit?
