The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation, client communication, and project acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company profiles on Upwork and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through online platforms.Prepare professional proposals and handle client communications effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.Research market trends and competitors to support business growth strategies.Meet monthly goals for lead generation and project conversions.Qualifications6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably with Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Basic understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions.Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with clients.Confident, proactive, and result-driven.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Must be currently residing in Lahore.
