We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas: Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.Who we are looking for:Professionals who are well-connected with decision-makers in technology consulting, IT companies, software houses, or digital transformation companies.People who don’t currently work for companies doing the same (unless they want to make business with us), but who may have past experience in IT consulting, outsourcing, or related industries.Individuals in roles that naturally interact with potential buyers of IT outsourcing services (e.g., consulting, advisory, sales, tech leadership, or corporate innovation).How it would work:You leverage your network and industry connections to identify and refer opportunities.For every referral that converts into business, you receive a referral fee per consultant placed.A flexible and win–win model: no fixed working hours, no exclusivity—just results-based collaboration.
