ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to acquire new business and expand market presence.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored consulting solutions to meet their business goals.Generate leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve set targets.Work closely with internal teams to develop customized business proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.Stay updated with industry trends and analyze competitors' strategies to enhance the firm's value proposition.Work with marketing, project management, and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful execution.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in business development in a research consulting.Prior experience working in a consulting agency or similar environment is a strong advantage.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex client needs.Skilled in negotiating deals and closing contracts.Deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes, especially in the consulting sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and deliver effective solutions.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
