Our team members undergo a comprehensive recruitment process and enjoy a rewarding environment that promotes both professional and personal growth.Responsibilities:· Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and generate new business leads aligned with the firm’s cost consulting services. Leverage industry contacts to establish entry points into high-potential projects and sectors.. Established Understanding of Pre-Tender Strategy and Market Positioning: Possess a solid grasp of pre-tender strategies, including project viability assessment, bid competitiveness, and effective market positioning. This enables strategic engagement in high-value opportunities aligned with the firm’s business goals.· Proficient in Tender Document Preparation and Compliance: Have a clear understanding of the processes involved in preparing tender documents and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. This knowledge enables meaningful client interactions and supports streamlined bid submissions.. In-Depth Knowledge of Rate Analysis and Competitive Pricing: Demonstrate an understanding of rate analysis practices and competitive pricing mechanisms used to shape cost-effective project bids. Awareness of BOQ preparation and cost forecasting is essential for informed discussions with clients.· Established Post-Tender Client Engagement and Relationship Management Skills: Maintain strong client engagement following tender acceptance by understanding project timelines, cost implications, and control methods, which fosters trust and builds a foundation for long-term client relationships.· Well-Versed in Claims Management and Dispute Resolution: Possess a thorough understanding of claims management and dispute resolution processes common in construction, enabling proactive discussions with clients on risk management and contractual safeguards.· Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors. Ensure proactive engagement and regular follow-ups to maintain strong business ties.· Vendor and Contract Negotiation: Oversee vendor relationships, including negotiations and contract control. Ensure terms are optimized for project needs and profitability while meeting compliance standards.· Market Research & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research on major construction projects and trends to anticipate demand. Assess competitor strategies and identify emerging opportunities for cost consulting services.· Strategic Planning for Revenue Growth: Develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth, ensure sustainable cash flows, and capitalize on market trends. Adapt strategies based on ongoing project analysis and forecasting.· Client Service & Issue Resolution: Provide high-level service to existing and potential clients, promptly addressing queries and issues to foster loyalty and repeat business. Aim for timely and effective problem resolution.· Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of ongoing projects and flag any areas of concern. Prepare regular reports that outline project statuses, financial impacts, and recommendations for strategic adjustments.· Sales Force CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM tools like Sales Force to track interactions, manage leads, and optimize client relationships. Ensure accurate data entry and analysis to support business development decisions.· Office & Documentation Management: Oversee office management tasks, including commercial submittals, project documentation, and correspondence. Ensure that all documentation systems are up-to-date and organized for quick access and compliance.· Deep Knowledge of Market Trends and Industry Standards: Stay consistently up-to-date with industry standards and shifts in tendering practices. Leverage this knowledge to provide strategic insights on market dynamics and cost consulting needs to guide business decisions.· Effective Collaboration with Quantity Surveying (QS) Team: Already adept at working closely with the QS team to stay informed on project costs, progress, and overall alignment with business objectives, ensuring cohesive and informed client interactions without performing QS tasks directly.QualificationsNew Business Development and Lead Generation skillsConsulting experience and the ability to develop Business PlansStrong Communication skills and the ability to maintain client relationshipsExperience in the consultancy sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldAbility to work onsite in DubaiProactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyRequirements:Experience 3-4 years in the construction industry ( Mandatory)Candidate should be fluent in Arabic ( Mandatory)Candidate should be available for Immediate joining. ( Mandatory)Salary Range AED 6,000- 8,000 per month + commission
