🔍 Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery to join a leading eye care institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in laser vision correction and refractive procedures, with a strong commitment to precision, safety, and patient satisfaction.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a full range of refractive procedures including LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and phakic IOL implantation.Conduct preoperative assessments and postoperative follow-up for refractive patients.Utilize advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., corneal topography, wavefront analysis) to guide treatment planning.Collaborate with optometrists and other ophthalmic subspecialists for integrated care.Maintain high standards of surgical outcomes and patient education.Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceMedical degree with specialization in OphthalmologyFellowship training or substantial experience in Refractive SurgeryMinimum 3–5 years post-specialization experience in refractive proceduresUK CCT, American Board, or equivalent certification preferredDHA eligibility or licensure preferred🌟 Desirable AttributesProven track record in refractive surgical outcomesFamiliarity with latest laser platforms and technologiesStrong communication and patient counseling skillsCommitment to innovation and continuous learning
