Business Setup Advisor ( Abu Dhabi Residents Only with Experience)

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Setup Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in setting up businesses in Abu Dhabi mainland and freezones, with strong background in PRO services, government liaison, and typing. Only Abu Dhabi residents with business setup experience will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesCompany formation for UAE mainland and freezones, including trade name reservation, license issuance, renewals, amendments, and transfers.Handle immigration & labor-related work (work permits, labor cards, renewals, cancellations).Process family visas, golden visas, investor visas, employment visas, and partner visas.Execute all TAMM-related services and government portal transactions.Carry out Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) tasks such as MOA drafting, POA attestation, and document legalization.Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government departments for attestations and approvals.Provide accurate Arabic & English typing for all government, labor, and legal documentation.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and business regulations.Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven PRO/government liaison experience in Abu Dhabi.Mandatory experience in setting up businesses in UAE mainland and freezones.Strong knowledge of labor law, immigration rules, and business setup processes.Hands-on experience in TAMM, MOHRE (Tas-heel/Tadbeer), Immigration portals, ADJD, Civil Defense, DOH, and other government systems.Strong Arabic & English communication skills (written and verbal).Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi (applications from outside Abu Dhabi will not be considered).Valid UAE driving license preferred.
