The OpportunityWe are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead Duravilla’s growth strategy across the Caribbean and beyond. This senior leader will focus on driving B2B partnerships, government contracts, and large-scale housing projects, positioning Duravilla as the partner of choice for sustainable housing solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of Duravilla’s business development strategy across the Caribbean. Drive government and institutional partnerships for affordable housing programs. Cultivate B2B relationships with real estate developers, NGOs, resort operators, and financial institutions. Identify, qualify, and secure new contract opportunities across housing, tourism, and community infrastructure.

Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closures for multi-million-dollar deals. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with company growth and impact goals. Represent Duravilla at high-level forums, conferences, and with government officials across the region. Candidate Profile10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the Caribbean. Deep understanding of the housing industry and its financing, policy, and procurement dynamics. Track record of successfully closing government and institutional contracts, ideally in housing, construction, or infrastructure. Experience in international sales or partnerships, with exposure to emerging markets preferred.

Strong network of decision-makers across government, real estate, and financial sectors in the Caribbean. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
