About the Role:We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator with 6 months to 1 year of experience in online bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads and manage communication on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities:Bid on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads.Write compelling proposals and tailor them to client requirements.Communicate with clients to understand project needs and negotiate terms.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.Maintain and update CRM or tracking systems for leads and client interactions.Research potential clients and new business opportunities.Requirements:6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding or business development.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Good understanding of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn).Ability to work independently during night shifts.Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
