Business Development Director - Facilities Management

We are partnering with a leading integrated facilities management organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to hire a Business Development Director to spearhead strategic growth and client acquisition initiatives across the region.This senior leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong networks, industry knowledge, and a passion for driving business performance in the FM sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business development and growth strategy for facilities management and related service lines.Identify, pursue, and secure high-value contracts across commercial, government, and mixed-use sectors.Build and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Drive pre-qualification, tendering, and proposal activities in coordination with technical and operations teams.Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand service offerings and market share.Report directly to executive leadership on pipeline performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is an advantage.10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership within the facilities management, construction, or real estate services sectors.Proven track record of securing large-scale FM or O&M contracts within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of the regional FM market, regulations, and client landscape.
